Shipping/Policies

Shipping:
All shipments will be made by CANADA POSTAL SERVICE or UPS priority service unless otherwise arranged. No shipments will be made until invoices are paid in full.
Return policy:
The sale of all race and performance related products are considered FINAL and are not normally considered for return unless 1) they do not match the size or color originally ordered and confirmed or 2) do not match original technical drawings originally ordered and confirmed. CEM Autosport must be informed of any discrepancy within 7 working days of your recipt of goods, at which point arrangements will be made to correct the problem.
Brake Conversions, are custom fit and ordered for you, and are not subject to return. as many details will be collected prior to final sale , shipment , and confirmed order of these items to ensure proper fit at delivery. One year from date of recipt is allowed for defect of workmanship on these items. ( Wear from usage or defect caused by poor installation is not covered)

All other non racing or custom returning goods are subject to a 20% restocking charge which may or may not be imposed at the discretion of CEM Autosport management. A RAN number (Returne Authorization Number) must be issued prior to return of any product. All returned goods must be in new resaleable condition in the original packaging and must arrive prepaid freight to our warehouse. No charges for freight, brokerage, or other freight related charges will be accepted by CEM Autosport. CEM Autosport reserves the right to refuse the return of any goods not following this procedure.

CREDITS & REFUNDS and / or adjustments
Credits , refunds or adjustments will be made within 7 working days from the recipt of returned goods as to the formentioned guidelines. CUSTOM ENGINEERED or CUSTOM TAILORED goods are not subject to refunds.
